Existing Procura functionality is well suited to delivering NDIS services to agency’s clients, there are however improvements needed to make the management of schedules and financial limits less time consuming.
The new solution will provide agencies the means to add an NDIS package of services and add and manage the spending caps on each category of service. Also included are new account management tools for forecasting and reporting on clients who are nearing or have reached their category spending limits.
The new NDIS features will include:
A new NDIS Client Services Quoting Tool
– using the NDIS price list, accepted quotes can be converted into an episode with service plans and special rates.
Evaluation of client and visit expenses in scheduling conflict checking
Episode Expense Folder
Addition of Dollar limits to Service Plans
A new form which allows the user to navigate historical statements and spending forecast by category.
A new NDIS Statement
To take advantage of these new NDIS features will require our customers to upgrade to Procura version 8.2. This will be released no later than September 30, 2016.
Procura is also pleased to announce the release of the New Brokerage Inbox!
Do you sub-contract services for clients you have received funding for? Do you find it difficult to communicate client and schedule information to other service providers?
The Brokerage Inbox may be your solution.
The Brokerage Inbox will allow you to send and receive visit offers, referrals and service updates with other service providers. This information is transmitted and received between:
Agencies using Procura, i.e. Procura to Procura
An agency using Procura and a brokerage using the new Brokerage Portal
An integration with a brokers system of choice using Procura’s Web Services (PWS) application program interface (API)
This is a licensed feature so contact your Account Manager for more details.
Note: The Brokerage Inbox will be dependent on Procura version 8.2.
