After implementing Procura Financial Management in November 2011, Oceania Living has reached their next major milestone in their journey towards having one fully integrated system to manage all residents’ transactions.
Alin Ungureanu, Oceania Group’s Chief Information Officer, says “we are now LIVE with Procura Residential Management and Retirement Villages and looking ahead, all transactions will be managed in the new system.” This has been an important step for Oceania as the Group replaced four legacy systems with one fully integrated solution – Procura.
As a next step, Oceania’s Headquarter team will update residents and staff across all facilities about the successful implementation, the use of Procura, and the implications the system might have. “Successfully implementing Procura has been critical and I would like to thank the Oceania and Procura team for their great work. Adoption, compliance and ensuring the continued use of Procura across each and every Oceania site are now our top priorities” continues Alin. Further he adds “training, training and continued training with on-site sessions for users such as Facility Managers, Village Managers and Administrators is now the key ingredient for our continued success.”
